Levinson quoted by Achumba(1989) described twenty criteria for choosing chief executives. In
evaluating people for high-level jobs it is important to know which facets of personality are criteria for which jobs. Some
personality characteristics the Chief Executive requires include

INVOLVEMENT ,SENSITIVITY
, ACHIEVEMENT ORIENTATION, ADAPTABILITY,
SENSE OF HUMOUR ,VISION, PERSEVERANCE, PERSONAL ORGANIZATION,
INTEGRITY and EDUCATION.

express thoughts
distinctly ,utter distinctly .Interdependence is necessary in any social environment.
Maturity is the state of
being full-grown ,which is the result of facing various situations

sense of concern with and curiosity about aims to be pursued. Sensitivity is all about receiving impressions quickly. Achievement
orientation is the urge to succeed, to become successful in
reaching a set goal. Adaptability is the ability to change or be changed

Vision is the power of looking ahead ( for making
